Morning Drop Off Process and Route

This shows the process and route for the morning drop off.

  • All students must be dropped off and picked up in the APS Soccer Complex parking lot.
  • Please follow directions of THMS duty personnel.
  • Students can only disembark from vehicle in the marked unloading zone (orange cones)
  • Please remain patient as you are waiting in line. 
  • As you enter the parking lot, please slow your speed as we have students loading/unloading and staff directing traffic.
  • All vehicles must exit on the south end of the parking lot.
  • Don't use the overflow parking area (highlighted in yellow above) as a drop off. There will not be personnel in the area to safely cross them onto our campus. 

Afternoon Pick Up Process and Route

This shows the process and the routes for afternoon pickup.  The afternoon pick up is two lanes, split up by alphabet.

In order to best accommodate the large volume of parent drivers, the afternoon pick up will be different than the morning drop off.  Please adhere to the plan and map.  

As you review the plan we ask that you prepare by writing your student’s LAST NAME on a large piece of paper and place on the vehicle dashboard. We hope this will help the process run smoothly and safely.  

When you enter the parking lot, please adhere to following:  

  • Last names A-L, go to the west side of the parking lot.  
  • Last names, M-Z stay on the east side of parking lot.  

Students will be waiting in the loading zone area (6-7 cars at a time). Cones will be placed to designate the loading zone area. After all cars are loaded traffic will exit south of the parking lot.  

Please adhere to all staff instructions and be patient as we safely direct your student to your vehicle.
